For MEMBERS of Boilermakers Local 169 ONLY

To request early release of your vacation and/or holiday pay, you must do the following:

1.  Write a letter to Business Manager Bob Hutsell requesting your vacation and/or holiday early.  You must state why you need the money in the letter (i.e. bills).

2.  Be very specific as to whether you want your vacation, holiday, or both.  Remember, you get exactly what you ask for.

3.  Please state where you would like the check to be mailed to, or if you would like to pick the check up at the fund office.

4.  Make sure that you date, sign, and include your social security number on the letter.

5.  You may either mail the letter or fax it to the union hall at (313) 584-8777.
